Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order details and clear photos where possible. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.
Change of Mind Returns
If you would like to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact us before sending anything back. Returned items must be in the same condition they were sent in.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, collector and condition-sensitive reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This is especially important for sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Timing can vary depending on the payment provider.
